~~ Mindy McCready has been released from a treatment facility and has been placed in 21 days of outpatient treatment.
On Wednesday, she was ordered into a medical facility after family members questioned her ability to care for her two sons, following the Jan. 13 death of her boyfriend, David Wilson. He was the father of her youngest son, and his death is still being investigated.
Doctors have released Mindy from the medical facility, placing her in outpatient treatment. A source explains to E!, "She was released because they think she is mentally stable enough, and she was tested for drugs and alcohol and everything came up fine. One of the reasons they released her is she didn't have any symptoms of what an alcoholic would have. There were no signs she had a problem to the doctor."
McCready's kids are reportedly with the Department of Human Services in Arkansas.
