HIT THE GYM IN HEELS FOR... 'STILETTO FITNESS'
A new trend for women that's popping up in gyms across the country: "heel hop" or "stiletto fitness" classes – where you exercise in your high heels.
Focusing on strengthening your lower leg muscles and ankles, the women dance, do sit ups, and walk the entire class with a pair of heels strapped to their feet.
Not only does it give a cardio burn, it increases a woman's ability to walk around in heels all day. One woman said she noticed an immediate improvement after the class.
It's only in a few cities around the country now it is expected to be a fast-growing craze.
