Hunter Hayes Tops The Chart With "Storyline"

Hayes wins big with his new album

Hunter Hayes has scored the best sales week of his career with his sophomore album "Storyline."  The album debuted at number three on this week's Billboard 200, selling 69-thousand copies in its first week out.

It's also the highest Hunter has ever charted on the overall tally.  His self-titled debut peaked at number seven last year.  The album enters just below the best-selling "Frozen" soundtrack, which - after 13 weeks - was knocked down from the number one spot by the hits compilation "Now 50."

Hunter's "Storyline" is also getting its start at number one on the Country Albums chart.  The album's lead single "Invisible" is starting to fall back on the singles charts after peaking at number four on the Hot Country Songs chart.
