Wanna lose weight? Wake up earlier. Researchers have found that early day sunlight seems to affect your weight by 'resetting' your rhythms daily, which makes you skinnier. Apparently, those cycles dictate our waking and sleeping hours and if you get up earlier that turns into you burning more fat. Some in the study have found that they lost up to 10 pounds by waking up just an hour earlier.
