The More You Stress...The More Your Head Will Hurt

A new study has found that the more stress you experience, the more painful your headaches will be. Tension headaches are the most common and they found they last for an average of two-point-two days per month.  These are the most sensitive to stress. For those who with migraines, the suffering lasted four to five days per month.  These were not quite as sensitive to stress. The bottom line: The more intense your stress, the more intense your headache will be.
