We Don't Relax and Need To Chill More, Here's How

A new study says that 99 percent of Americans believe relaxation is essential for good health and well-being. BUT, we only spend an hour a day relaxing.  And what’s worse, 38 percent feel guilty about just chilling, while 28 percent feel stressed at even the thought of trying to unwind.

Some other benefits of relaxing…  

  • 85% of people said sex was better when they relax.
  • 67% of Americans say they would feel completely relaxed if they unplugged.
  • 52% say having a smartphone hinders their ability to unwind.
  • 43% of Americans say music helps them unwind.
