Jon Pardi Gives Fans A Glimpse At His Love Life With Fiancée Summer Duncan

Jon Pardi is giving fans a glimpse into his love life in his new variety show, Pardi Time. The eight-episode series airing on the CMT YouTube channel features the country singer and his fiancée Summer Duncan.

A sneak peek at episode five, which premieres on Tuesday, November 10, at 6 p.m. EST, finds the couple enjoying dinner together. "Welcome to a romantic dinner with me and Summer — you're sitting in our chair having dinner with us," Pardi said in the clip, before adding, "Summer cooked us a great filet. [We're] keepin' it down-home Southern-style with some mac and cheese, sweet corn and some asparagus."

"So what's your favorite part about 2020?" the "Head Over Boots" singer asked his fiancée, who quickly replied, "We didn't break up yet." Acknowledging the fact that other couples have split amid the coronavirus pandemic, the two make a toast to celebrate their lasting love.

Pardi goes on to joke about toilet paper in the clip, noting that if he were to have his own brand he's call it "Pardi Pooper." He then delivered an acoustic performance of his hit song, "Up All Night."

Pardi proposed to Duncan in October 2019 during his sold-out show at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium. The couple originally planned to tie the knot in May in Montana, however due to the COVID-19 pandemic their plans were changed.

During an interview at this year's iHeartCountry Festival, Pardi revealed the couple's plan to instead have a "wedding tour."

He explained, "Back when the world was normal and we were planning the wedding, we wanted to have a big, extravagant [party], [with] 300 people, and everybody was going to fly in from everywhere, and we were going to meet in this one place and hang around and talk to each other, you know, two feet away, and that's not going to happen. So we want to get back to normal."

He added, "When we do, whenever that is [in] 2039, get to gather again, we're going to have a big party at Summer's parents' [house]. And then we're going to try to do something in Texas for my Texas friends. So we're a lot of where everybody was traveling from."

Pardi is set to take the stage on Wednesday, November 11 during the 54th Annual CMA Awards. He is also nominated for Album Of The Year alongside Luke Combs, Ashley McBryde, Old Dominion, and Miranda Lambert. A complete list of nominees can be seen here.

The 2020 CMA Awards will broadcast live from Nashville's Music City Center at 8PM ET on ABC.
