The second great storm this week. Check out the new snowfall totals below. “New” snow here is as of Friday morning. And check out some of the totals this week!

Here are some highlights: Sandia open Saturday and Sunday and Monday this week with the beginner area… Taos has opened another 3 runs… Angel Fire has parks and some specials for locals… Pajarito has the beginner area open Wednesday through Monday… Sipapu has weekday ticket specials and February Fun Fest this weekend… Red River has 2 parks open… Purgatory opens most of the mountain and the two big parks and the halfpipe.

Open Saturdays and Sundays and holidays. The Beginner Trail and the Cubby Corner Children’s Center are open with the Beginner Chair #4 and the Mitey Mite. All facilities are open including the Double Eagle Cafe, Sandia Peak Sports Shop, and the Ski & Snowboard Rental Shop. The ski area can ONLY be accessed via Highway 536. Will open additional terrain and Tram access as snowfall permits. Special Lift Ticket Rates: Beginner Lift, $35, Beginner Lift with Peak Plus Card: $10.


Santa Fe

This weekend it’s the Burton Women's Snowboard Camp.

Coming up: Brewski 2018 on Feb 25. Seven local breweries will be pouring their delicious craft beer, Soul Foundation will be providing some rocking tunes.


Taos Ski Valley

A few blues and several greens on the backside are open. And “Around the World” is open from the backside which is Honeysuckle, Winkelreid, and Rubezahl from the top through the backside and back to the front base area. Zagava is also now open, the first black diamond of the season. Most of the greens and blues on the front side are open now.

The great cruiser blue run, Hully Gully, on the backside is open. Also, the groomers and the terrain park staff have added another terrain park located on Heading Home just above Bodacious called Semisweet. This terrain park contains small features while the Sweet Street park contains small and medium sized features and one jump.

Coming up: Military Winterfest is February 22-26th. The 4th Annual Military Winterfest showcases four days of snow-filled fun, live entertainment, savory food & exclusive military discounts. Hosted and organized by the National Veterans Wellness & Healing Center Angel Fire, this will be a winter celebration of our military serving now and in the past. View full schedule.
