In the Feels: Guy With Beards Are Getting Together To Help Kids Out

In Indianapolis, Indiana, a chapter of a charity group is helping kids in need by making them bunk beds. But not everyone can join this charity group. Calling themselves the Bearded Villains, only people with beards that measure at least four inches can join.

In the past, the Indianapolis chapter of the Bearded Villains has offered college scholarships, organized food drives, collected Christmas toys for kids and installed new playground equipment -- among many other projects.

This time around, they’re working together to make sure kids aren’t sleeping on the floor, by building beds and bunk beds -- and donating them to families in need. Each kid gets bedding, a pillow and often a stuffed animal.

A leader of the Indianapolis chapter, John Hawxby, explained the motivation of the group by saying, “We’re just nice guys wanting to help out with anything possible.”
