Last night on "America's Got Talent's" final week of auditions, the show honored the memory of contestant Family Practice Doctor Brandon Rogers, who passed away in a car accident on June 11th. He earned a standing ovation and a trip through to the next round of the NBC reality competition after singing Stevie Wonder’s “Ribbon in the Sky.” Check out his performance below.
The audition aired at the request of his family as a tribute. He was only 29 and died following a car accident in Maryland. Police said he was a passenger in the vehicle that veered off the road and hit a tree.
The show returns next Tuesday night on KOB-TV4.
