If you’re someone who has a hard time falling asleep at night, there may be a simple, and enjoyable solution to your problem – sex.
In case you missed it, new research out of Australia finds that getting a little somethin’ somethin’ before calling it a night can help a person sleep, but there’s a catch. The study, which surveyed 460 adults, found that two-thirds of participants slept better after some nookie, but only if both parties were completely satisfied.
“What we found was 64 percent of our respondents indicated they slept better when sex was with a partner and it involves an orgasm,” sleep researcher Dr. Michele Lastella tells "Adelaide Now."“When you’re engaging in sex, you’re not thinking about what to do the next day, you’re not going through your phones. It distracts you.”
