“Forbes” magazine has just come out with their annual list of the highest paid artists in Country music and for the first time in three years, Garth Brooks doesn’t top the list.
Dethroning Garth on the Country Cash Kings list is Luke Bryan, who lands at number one with a haul of $52 million. Luke earns the top spot thanks to earnings from his worldwide headlining tour, as well as his new gig on “American Idol,” and various endorsements.
As for Garth slips to second with $45.5 million, followed by Kenny Chesney in third with $37 mil. As for the highest earning woman, that would be Dolly Parton at ten with $19 mil.
