What’s Coming For Winter Weather Following A Dry Summer

After not much of a monsoon season this year, it’s looking like we may be headed for a dry winter too. There’s a 60% chance of a La Nina developing, which tends to correlate with warmer and dryer winters for us. But that doesn’t mean there will no snow or rain, but just less than the average.
