Scotty's Scoop: What & Who To Watch On TV Tonight

If you’re one of the many who plan to celebrate New Year’s Eve tomorrow from the comfort of your couch, there will be plenty of celebrations on TV to help you ring in the 2022.

They include: 

  • “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest 2022 (ABC) – Ryan Seacrest is back for the show's 50th anniversary edition, with co-hosts Ciara, Billy Porter and Roselyn Sanchez, and parties in New York, Los Angeles, New Orleans and Puerto Rico. The night’s performers include: AJR and Daisy the Great,Avril Lavigne and TravisBarker, OneRepublic, Macklemore with Ryan Lewis and Windset, BigBoi and Sleepy Brown, Don Omar, French Montana,Mae Muller,Maneskin, Masked Wolf, Polo G, Walker Hayes, Journey and Karol G, and Daddy Yankee from Puerto Rico.
  • “Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party” (NBC) – Hosted by MileyCyrus and Pete Davidson, NBC’s bash will feature performances by Miley, Brandi Carlile, Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong, Saweetie, Anitta, 24kGoldn, Kitty Ca$h and Jack Harlow, plus more surprises.
  • New Years LIVE: Nashville’s Big Bash” (CBS) – A five-hour concert from Nashville hosted by Bobby Bones and “Entertainment Tonight’s” Rachel Smith, with performances from Dierks Bentley and ZacBrown Band at Bicentennial Mall, as well as performances from Jason Aldean, Miranda Lambert, Luke Bryan, Jimmie Allen, Carly Pearce, Sam Hunt, Ingrid Andress, Lady A, Riley Green, Breland, Blake Shelton, Kelsea Ballerini, Lainey Wilson, Gabby Barrett, King Calaway, Jon Pardi, Darius Rucker, Cole Swindell, Brooks & Dunn and Chris Janson.
  • “CNN's 'New Year's Eve Live” (CNN) – Hosted once again by Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen and from Times Square in New York. You can watch just for the fun of seeing Andy get Anderson drunk again, but there will be some musical performances from Katy Perry from her new "Play” Las Vegas residency. Other guests include William Shatner, Patti LaBelle, Earth, Wind & Fire and Duran Duran.
