National gas prices jumped six cents overnight as they creep to record rates.
The national average price for regular is up to four dollars and six cents a gallon, according to Triple-A. That's the highest in 14 years and just a nickel short of the all-time high of four-eleven a gallon, set in July of 2008. Gas is up 45 cents a gallon over the past week.
In NM, the average price is $3.89 per gallon. Bernalillo and Sandoval county are right in the middle at $3.86 to $3.91. Some counties in are as high as $4.29.
