Las Vegas has gambling and entertainment 24 hours a day, and soon the city will have something else all the time -- bacon. Bacon Nation will be open 24/7 at some point this fall in the The D Las Vegas casino-hotel in downtown Las Vegas. The restaurant will offer 14 variations of house-cured bacon, including lemon pepper, brown sugar, teriyaki, Cajun, jalapeño, Buffalo, salt and vinegar, applewood bourbon, truffle, and chocolate-dipped. They also plan to offer sandwiches where a bacon weave will take the place of bread.
