While airline travel seems like a nightmare these days, with tons of cancelations and delays, there are some airlines that do a better job for their travelers than others, and now a new report reveals which ones are this year’s best.
- The Points Guy is out with their sixth annual Best Airlines Report.
- They’ve rated airlines in the U.S. based on several criteria, including reliability, experience, costs and reach, and loyalty, looking at things like customer satisfaction, cabin comfort, on-time records, lost luggage data, lounge quality and more.
- For a fourth year in a row, Delta Airlines tops the list, scoring a 70.43 out of 100.
- Delta gets high marks for the fewest involuntary bumps, plus their lounges, and customer satisfaction, although they score low for affordability.
