Remember when Sugarland took the stage with Taylor Swift to perform their collaboration together for the first time?

Th beloved country duo — made up of Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush — shared a clip of that moment on Instagram on Monday (October 7). Sugarland marked six years since they played “Babe” for the first time “with the icon [Taylor Swift],” at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

“Babe” appeared on Bigger, Sugarland’s sixth studio album that arrived in 2018. The 11-track record was the duo’s first full-length studio album since they released The Incredible Machine in 2010. Swift wrote “Babe” with songwriter Patrick Monahan. Though the song didn’t appear on her originally-released Red in 2012, the pop megastar included “Babe (Taylor’s Version)” as one of her From The Vault tracks on Red (Taylor’s Version) in 2021. Other From The Vault tracks on Red (Taylor’s Version) include collaborations with Phoebe Bridgers, Chris Stapleton and Ed Sheeran.

Sugarland shared the throwback as they get ready to kick off their tour with Little Big Town later this month. The two groups released their take on a Phil Collins classic, “Take Me Home,” which they debuted on the 2024 CMT Music Awards stage earlier this year. The “Take Me Home Tour” also includes sister trio The Castellows in the lineup. See the dates below, and watch the throwback video with Swift here:
