What’s better than a cruise vacation? Well, how about a cruise vacation with Carrie Underwood? Carrie hopped aboard the Carnival Imagination in Catalina Island earlier this week for a two-hour, 21-song concert in the ship’s 900-seat Dynasty Lounge.
“You guys seem like you’re having a great time,” Carrie told the audience. “Of course you’re having a great time, you’re on vacation!” She added, “we’re just going to pretend we’ve been on vacation with you all night long. It’s our night to cut loose and have some fun.”
Carrie’s set featured many of her hits including “Heartbeat,” “Smoke Break,” “Jesus Take The Wheel,” “Before He Cheats,” and “Dirty Laundry,” and even treated the crowd to a cover of Dolly Parton’s “I Will Always Love You.”
Carrie has been working with Carnival and Operation Homefront for the past year, supporting military families. Throughout their collaboration she’s held meet and greets with military families, and provided them with tickets to her concerts, and even held a private show on the Carnival Vista in New York City.
