Carrie Underwood is set to debut a new song, “The Champion,” during Super Bowl LII (52) on February 4th, but fans who tuned into this weekend’s playoff game between the Atlanta Falcons and the Los Angeles Rams got a taste of what to expect. A clip of the song played during halftime, with Carrie sharing the tease on Instagram.
“My husband loved it,” Carrie previously said about the song. “He would listen to it before playoff games. He was like ‘I want everyone to hear it!’ and I had to tell him, ‘You can’t do that. You can’t play it in the locker room. I’m sorry.’ But that was a good indicator that we were on the right track.” Check out a preview of the song to the right.
