Have you become an “outdoor” person since the pandemic?
A new survey found that 60% of respondents said they had transformed from “indoor people” to “outdoor people” during COVID. One of the biggest reasons? 67% said it was to get away from the people they were stuck indoors with.
The survey found that people took their workouts outdoors over the last year as well, with those surveyed said they now prefer outdoor workouts like walking, hiking, running, and biking to indoor workouts like yoga and pilates.
