Fireworks in the Metro
Enjoy watching firework displays hosted by the City of Albuquerque throughout the metro from your porch or backyard. The City will be launching fireworks at the parks below. Please note that the parks themselves will be closed and spectators are not allowed to gather in the parks or along the roads nearby.

*These sites will be closed to the public several hours ahead of the planned launch time of 9:15 p.m. (weather permitting) for safety reasons. The City is strongly discouraging residents from gathering near the launch sites. The Albuquerque Police Department, Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office, and the Metro Security Division of the Department of Municipal Development will have personnel at each launch site. Street parking around each site will also be restricted in the hours leading up to the launch time and throughout the event.

4th of July at Balloon Fiesta Park
Fireworks will return to Balloon Fiesta Park on July 4, 2021. Tickets must be purchased in advance for $20 per vehicle. Enjoy a live fireworks display, music, and food vendors. Tickets are limited, so buy your ticket soon! Get more info here.
