More than 500,000 New Mexico taxpayers have started to receive the second round of rebates.
Married couples or heads of household with up to $150,000 in adjusted gross income will receive $500 and single taxpayers with up to $75,000 in adjusted gross income will receive $250.
Eligible taxpayers who received refunds by direct deposit on their 2021 returns will receive rebates via direct deposit throughout this week. All other eligible taxpayers will receive their rebates by check, which will be mailed throughout the month of July, starting this week.
