"The Simpsons" Season 35 Trailer Shows Sideshow Bob Return!
Is the last gasp of 2023 turning into the “Autumn Of Kelsey Grammer?” As the TV icon prepares to revive his legendary character Frasier Crane for a third series, he’s also set to return to another infamous role: Sideshow Bob. “The Simpsons” reveals the return of their long-time villain in the trailer for its 35th season (yep) that dropped yesterday.
After hitting 750 episodes last season (and setting the record for longest-running scripted primetime series in TV history), “The Simpsons” was renewed for season 35 and 36. The new go-round will include the 34th episode of “Treehouse Of Horror.”
The fast moving trailer also reveals a parody of “The Beatles: Get Back,” and Homer cannonballing into a hot tub. One clip shows the Simpsons’ home blow up with Monty Burns possibly responsible. Season 35 premieres on October 1.
