Here are some highlights from my vacation to Kauai, Hawaii.

- It’s the oldest of all the islands, about 5 million years old.
- I am 10 pounds heavier! Had some great food: lava flow and coconut shrimp, teriyaki steak sandwich with slice of pineapple.
- We started with the snorkel tour that showed the whole west coast of Kauai. Water was crazy smooth so we went from the bottom of the island all the way to the top. Check out the pictures below.
- Did an airplane ride where we got to see the Kauai version of the Grand Canyon and a lot of the island that you can’t even drive to.
- We drove by his place called the Pineapple Shop. We finally stopped. It had food and pretty much the only pineapple stuff there was smoothies. Hardly any souvies!
