- You might expect a giant like McDonald’s to come in first, but that honor goes to Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse.
- The upscale restaurant chain got an overall score of 64.8%, ranking especially high for service and hospitality at 76.9%, but much lower for value at 54.8%.
- Americans really seem to love steakhouses, as four of the top 10 chains on the list are steakhouses.
