According to a Manpower Group report, 35% of workers are thinking about switching jobs in 2025. This is especially true for younger workers, with nearly 50% of those surveyed saying they were considering a career change in the new year.
And even remote workers are itching for a change. 41% of work-from-homers said that are likely to change jobs this year, despite reporting a better work-life balance and greater well-being overall.
Maybe this is why: 34% of respondents said they don’t have opportunities to advance their careers with their current employer.
